My results were right on. I am a guardian. Well I think my personality is great for being a teacher and leading a class. I love structure, schedules, rules, and I'm alll about duties, and responsibilities which I feel all teachers have. I feel you have to be firm in some way to lead groups, and you have to be able to be "mean" at some point so you don't get walked all over. One the other hand I feel we all of some of the other traits in us on just shows up more. But all in all I think my trait is a good one to have, and I feel it will help in the future as a teacher.
The personality traits are guardian, idealist, artisan, and rational
I feel being more aware of personality traits helps us better understand other people and how to do with other people better. By knowing all the traits, gives more leverage on understand why people are the way they are and why the do certain things. We are all different, and all diserve to be treated equal, and respected. We are not all alike, and need to know the differences.
